We had a great stay at this apartment. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The interior was beautifully designed with modern equipment and smart technologies. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend it to others.

We were very satisfied! We had a baby bath, bed and high chair on request. Close to the bustling city center in the summer, but in a quiet place! Beautiful, large apartments! Spacious terrace! let me start first with the communication. Matilde was an excellent host and the communication before and during the stay was awesome. she managed to accomodate for all our needs are we are very grateful.
Appartment and Facilities: the flat was spaceous with big rooms and great balcony with stunning port view. all the ammendments you need you get: washing machine, tabs, coffee machine, dyson vaccum, and it was stocked with all first hand utilities by the host: even branded beach towels, bag and flip flops. the whole buidling is brand new and very modern.
Cleanliness: spotless clean not only the appartment but the whole buidling. we also got a mid-stay clean which was nicely arranged and very considerate of our time.
Location: excellent! 2 minutes to coop,. 5 min to the beach and 10min walking to city centre. despite being so central, it is very quiet at night

The "Sea-Breeze" accommodation is definitely recommended. The apartment is very clean and fully equipped; we didn't lack anything. Each apartment has a parking space – if you arrive with multiple vehicles, there are public parking spaces in front of the accommodation.

Great apartment – new, modern, and clean.
There's a washing machine, dishwasher, and a cordless vacuum cleaner. We had plenty of beach towels, a bag, and flip-flops. At halftime, the apartment was cleaned, and the beds were made and towels were changed.
We were visiting my daughter and her family for four days, who were vacationing there for ten days. We had two large balconies with glass railings. The children had a great view of the boats at the marina, the street, and the green area. A sunshade on the west side would have been nice. We were on the first floor. All the apartments above us had sunshades. The sea is about a 10-minute walk away. The apartment comes with a parasol and two loungers on the beach.

It is also large and spacious, with large spaces. The garden is fabulous and offers an oasis of peace and tranquility. The view of the dock is simply wonderful, it offers a unique and suggestive panorama. The terrace is perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the small hydromassage pool.

In a word: EXTRAORDINARY
The apartment is really nice, clean and equipped with everything you need: washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, pots and everything you need to cook.
We came with our 2 year old son, we had bed guard, cot and also high chair.
Excellent location, in 5 minutes on foot you arrive at the sea, the supermarkets are always 5 minutes on foot.
They have always been very helpful and kind, I highly recommend it.
We will definitely be back.

Very nice, cozy apartments, run by a friendly family business. Perfect hospitality by the flexible owner. The whole building is brand new and state of the art equipped. A lot of greenery in the private garden belongs to the flat. It is in a quiet street, but if the windows are closed, no noise can disturb your pleasant stay. It is located only a couple of minutes from the beach, shopping and dining possibilities. I highly recommend it if you prefer a high-tech, luxurious accommodation with a great host.
We stayed over the long weekend and it was really, really great. We actually wanted to come with a dog, which is why we booked a garden apartment. This was very large and securely fenced. The apartment was big, nice and modern. We even got an upgrade from Comfort to Premium Apartment. For the children we were provided with a cot, fall protection and child seat and the apartments have everything you could need from a dishwasher to a vacuum cleaner.
The owners are very personable and accommodating and really take good care of their guests. We'll definitely be back!

We had a great holiday here Pentecost 2023! The apartments are new and very well equipped - the service is great! The location is perfectly central, with a view of the harbor and only a 5-minute walk to the beach.

Staying at the Sea Breeze in Caorle means taking a break from daily stress and fatigue, being pampered in splendid apartments equipped with every comfort and need. A serene and bright environment, a terrace with solarium overlooking the beautiful dock. Close to the historic center and the sea. Soft and harmonious colors. A little paradise in Caorle. Highly recommended!
Much more spacious apartment than seen in the photos, full of comforts and services such as: private parking, place on the beach, solarium, latest generation appliances, a very modern solution in a structure with attention to the smallest details and totally new. A few steps from the center of Caorle we always moved on foot, quiet and very clean.
The apartment we stayed in had a beautiful view of the dock and is surrounded by greenery. Host always kind and helpful, we will definitely be back!
