The apartment terraces feature beautiful vertical gardens that not only create a relaxing atmosphere but have several functions and remind us how practical Nature is.

The Sea Breeze residence is an extremely energy-efficient building. Controlled mechanical ventilation systems mean the apartments always have an ideal temperature, with the perfect level of humidity and fresh, clean air.

We have chosen to install photovoltaic panels and geothermal probes instead of powering the Residence with fossil fuels. This means we can use water at a higher temperature, recovering it from the ground as a geothermal source and helping pre-heating in winter and pre-cooling in summer through an air-water exchanger.

We try, in our own small way, to make sustainable choices and raise awareness of the importance of sustainability.
During your stay, you will be given bamboo flip-flops and a canvas bag that is natural and hard-wearing. You can use this kit for your days at the beach or on our sun terrace. To reduce the use of plastic, we have also eliminated single-use toiletries and use practical designer dispensers filled with natural bath products.

Finally, we use disposable, hygienic, hypoallergenic, anti-mite and breathable mattress and pillowcases in each apartment. These are recycled and reused at the end of their use.
