The Sea Breeze Residence offers not only a seaside apartment, but a unique experience to enjoy with your nearest and dearest. Located in a peaceful area about 300 metres from the sea, you can enjoy the comforts of its facilities and surrounding grounds.

The Residence terrace is open to all guests. It is home to our wonderful panoramic sun terrace with a jacuzzi with a double bed and bench with two whirlpool jets. It is the perfect place to relax at sunset with a view of Caorle’s famous harbour. The depth of the water also makes it an excellent place for kids to play.
The terrace has an area with comfortable sun loungers and a seating space for relaxing under the shade of the bioclimatic pergola, or for reading a good book on hot days.

The Sea Breeze Residence is located just 300 metres from Caorle’s ‘Western’ (Ponente) beach, a strip of fine golden sand on the Venetian coast.
Every apartment has a pair of private sunbeds and umbrellas on the Caorle coastline, one of Italy’s most famous and best equipped.
The beach in Caorle is also ideal for kids: thanks to the shape of the coastline, the blue sea is often calm and has a gradual, shallow slope.

To make your holiday an unforgettable experience, we’ve taken care of even the smallest details so that you can enjoy a peaceful, carefree stay. This is why, if you need to reach the Residence out of hours, you can use the key collection service on request via the automatic machines at the entrance, for convenient access to your apartment.
